We collect the following types of information: • Account Information: Phone number, name, and email address (required for login and user identification in our mobile app and web portal). • Lead & Customer Data: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, USC numbers (electricity consumer numbers), pincode, district, property type, and monthly electricity bill entered by authorized team members. • Location Data: GPS coordinates collected during site surveys through our mobile app (only with your explicit permission and only during active survey use). • Photos & Media: Site survey photos captured through the app's camera feature, including Roof, Meter, and Distribution Board images (uploaded to secure cloud storage). • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and crash reporting. • Website Usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies for analytics and improving our website experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: • Authenticate users and provide access to the mobile app and admin portal • Manage solar project leads and customer information • Facilitate site surveys with GPS-tagged locations and photos • Generate survey reports for project decision-making • Assign tasks between team members (Branch Managers, Survey Engineers, Technicians) • Process subsidy applications with government agencies (DISCOM, MNRE) • Send service updates, maintenance reminders, and project status notifications • Improve app and website functionality, fix bugs, and enhance user experience • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law including the IT Act 2000

Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade infrastructure: • Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers in Asia (Mumbai region, India) • Database: Cloud SQL PostgreSQL with encryption at rest • Media Storage: Google Cloud Storage with signed URL access control • Transit Security: All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption • Authentication: JWT-based authentication with PIN, OTP, and biometric login options • Access Control: Role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring users only access data relevant to their role and assigned districts • Photo Storage: Survey photos stored in secure cloud buckets with access restricted to authorized personnel
4. Information Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only accessible to: • Authorized team members within your organization (based on role and district permissions) • System administrators for technical support and maintenance • Government agencies (DISCOM, MNRE) — only for subsidy and net metering applications, with your consent • Certified installation partners assisting in project delivery (bound by confidentiality agreements) • Financial institutions — only if you opt for solar loan financing We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
5. Location Data (Mobile App)
GPS location is collected ONLY during the site survey process in our mobile app, and ONLY when you explicitly grant location permission. Location data is used solely to: • Tag survey sites with accurate GPS coordinates • Enable navigation to customer sites via Google Maps • Calculate shade analysis and solar potential based on geographic position You can deny location permission at any time — the app will still function but without GPS features. Location is NOT tracked in the background or when the app is closed.
6. Camera & Photos (Mobile App)
The mobile app requests camera access exclusively for capturing site survey photos. Photos are: • Categorized by type (Roof, Meter, Distribution Board, Surroundings) • Uploaded to secure Google Cloud Storage • Accessible only to authorized team members (Branch Manager, Survey Engineer, Admin) • Not shared with any third party You can choose photos from your gallery instead of using the camera. Camera permission can be revoked at any time in device Settings.
7. Cookies (Website)
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, analyse site traffic, and personalise content. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality. We use Google Analytics for understanding visitor behavior — this data is anonymized and aggregated.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows: • Account data: For as long as your account is active • Lead & project data: Minimum 10 years for warranty and service records • Survey photos: Retained for the project lifecycle plus 5 years for reference • Deleted accounts: Data removed within 30 days of deletion request, except where legal retention is required You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
